Human-Centered Leadership

Reflect, assess, and create your own rules for leadership!

This experience will help you dig into your assumptions and beliefs around leadership and how those influence your day-to-day activities, strengths, and opportunities for growth. By the end of the experience, you will design one experiment that redefines your status quo.

Getting Started

We want to get to know you.

There are lots of ways to build a relationship. There are four ingredients we pay special attention to at Un-Professional: trust, depth, openness, and clarity. Here are a few tools to help you with each.

The You-Ser Manual is a contract between two people. It creates a conversation of depth and also clarity around communication norms.

Alongside your coach, you’ll open up about your challenges, fears, and hopes for the future.

This is how we define care. View this as a conversation prompt that creates clarity around roles and expectations.

The Future State Selfie is a playful way to get you dreaming. You’ll trust your coach to hear your aspirations without judgement.

Sensemaking often occurs after discussion. This is your chance to make sense of your time with your coach. What’s sticking with you?

3. Cool Down

Just like any good experiment, we’ve got to delve into what you learned, what assumptions were challenged, and what you’ll do next. This exercise will guide your evaluation.

You are just getting started! In order to self-define professionalism in your life, how will you continue to be an Un-learner? This exercise is all about continuous action.
